Photography, Video and Testimonials Consent

You may decline permission without affecting your general membership or ordinary access to Bertum’s services.

A general membership consent provided by an adult does not automatically authorise the publication of a child’s identifiable information.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Bertum using the details provided below.

After receiving a valid withdrawal request, Bertum will stop new uses covered by the withdrawn consent and take reasonable steps to remove existing materials from channels under its control, where required and practicable.

However, Bertum may not be able to remove copies previously downloaded, independently shared, archived or republished by third parties outside its control.

Withdrawal does not automatically invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain applicable rights in original photographs, written testimonials or other creative materials that you own and submit.

By granting this consent, you give Bertum a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use the authorised materials for the stated purposes while the consent remains effective, subject to applicable law and withdrawal rights.

This consent does not transfer ownership of your original creative work to Bertum.

Reasonable safeguards will be applied to protect unpublished materials from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

Published materials may remain available online until they are removed in accordance with applicable withdrawal requests, retention requirements or other lawful grounds.

• The identity of the consenting member or authorised guardian.

• The date and time consent was granted.
