This need shaped the foundation of the Hub.

The early work focused on helping teachers understand international curricula and prepare for global teaching roles. As the impact grew, parents and learners began seeking support in personalized tuition, homeschooling, and developing essential learning skills. At the same time, professionals reached out for help in shaping their careers and positioning themselves for both local and international opportunities. These experiences revealed a common pattern. That vision became Bertum Education and Career Hub. The Hub was created to empower teachers through practical training, support learners through individualized learning plans, and guide career seekers with mentorship and exposure.

A major milestone in the company’s journey was its first project with Ngara Muslim Academy. Bertum trained the teaching staff on the Cambridge International Curriculum and supported the school through its full transition from the Competency Based Curriculum to Cambridge. The school later became Islamiya International School. This success reinforced the mission of the Hub: to strengthen education through shared knowledge, global standards, and growth-focused support.
