Nature of Our Training Programs
Our training programs are informal and non-accredited, designed for professional development, skills improvement, and practical application.
Programs are offered in formats such as live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, self-paced online courses, and blended learning formats.
Training content focuses on areas such as international curriculum, career transition, digital education tools, learner-centered pedagogy, and more.
Enrollment and Participation
Participants must register and complete full payment before the start of the training.
Active participation, engagement during sessions, and completion of required tasks (e.g., assignments, discussions, quizzes) are expected.
For self-paced programs, participants are responsible for managing their own progress within the allowed timeframe.
Certification Policy
Certificates of Completion are issued to participants who:
Attend at least 75% of live sessions (if applicable).
Complete all required activities and assessments.
Fulfill any specific course/project requirements.
All certificates will:
Bear the Bertum Education and Career Hub name and logo.
Include the participant’s name, course title, date, and unique certificate ID.
Accreditation and Recognition
Our certifications are not accredited by formal government or international education bodies.
Recognition of our certificates is at the discretion of individual schools, employers, or institutions and may vary depending on their internal policies.
Issuance and Delivery of Certificates
Certificates are issued in digital PDF format within 7 working days of completing the course.
Participants are advised to provide accurate names and email addresses during registration to avoid delays.
Certificate Verification
Each certificate issued includes a unique identifier or serial number that can be verified through our administrative office upon request.
Revocation of Certificates
Bertum Education and Career Hub reserves the right to revoke a certificate if:
It was issued in error.
The participant was found to have violated academic integrity or participated in fraudulent activity.
