Biography
I am Mr. Gilbert Muting Jaddy, the Founder, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Bertum Education and Career Hub, an initiative focused on transforming education and career development through innovative and accessible solutions.
I am a teacher by profession, holding a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree from Pwani University, where I specialized in Physics and Chemistry. Currently, I serve at St Joseph Herman Marx as the Director of Academics, and I also teach Integrated Science and Pre-Technical.
In addition to my institutional role, I work as an Education Consultant and Teacher Trainer, supporting educators and learners through academic guidance, capacity building, and instructional improvement.
I have undertaken several professional certifications in areas such as international curricula, cross-team collaboration, authentic assessment, global education, educational leadership, and child protection from institutions including Riara University, Starweaver University, Queensland University of Technology, University College London, Coventry University, and Queensland University College.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy at the Open University of Kenya, as I continue to strengthen my commitment to improving educational systems and learner outcomes.
